Marketing Solutions Director

We are a fast growing Seattle company that is helping medical device, diagnostics and pharmaceutical companies redefine the way they are doing business with their customers. Our flagship product Appature NexusSM drives better outcomes, helps our customers gain market share, and delights them with the simplicity of our product offerings.
We are looking for a senior sales professional to drive new business for the organization and work with our prospective customers. In this full time position, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading brands, and have the benefit of an innovative product to achieve success in the role.
Appature has attracted a great deal of interest by many in the industry, and your primary responsibility in this role will be to work with those customers to develop models that enable them to on-board our solution. Responsibilities also include helping create great times as part of a dynamic and fun team.
Responsibilities:
- Grow company revenue
- Identify potential customers and introduce them to Appature products and services
- Generate new business leads through articulation, evangelism, and demonstration of Appature products
- Work with potential customers to develop innovative solutions to legacy marketing challenges
- Manage customer pipeline
- Develop innovative business development processes and standards that leverage our world-class technology and people
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in technology or business field, MBA a plus
- 5+ years experience either in marketing at a healthcare organization, or with a marketing service provider
- 10+ years experience in a sales function. Combination of sales and marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated closing more than $5-10M in annual revenue
- Experience selling into medical device, pharmaceutical, and life sciences organizations
- Ability to quickly understand customer problems and define appropriate technology solutions
- Ability to apply new and innovative technology and concepts to real-world problems
- Strong passion for technology
- Willing to travel up to 50%
