Website Access to Common Healthcare Brands
We talk with lots of healthcare companies and even more brand teams. One common theme emerges – consumers proactively seek out information from healthcare brands. What we find is that a lot of brands don’t “capture” that inbound touchpoint in their marketing database (if they even have one). So, while companies and brands provide a ton of access points for consumers, they don’t take the next logical step of nurturing those relationships.
